Question by rjm7: do laptop power adapters work with all laptop models?
hi, my laptop power adapter has broke so i’m looking on ebay for a new one. I have a gateway MT6833b. Are laptop adapters generic or do i need one specifically for my model? They all seem to look the same. Thanks.

The answer is yes. They are computer specific and they most likely do make generic replacements. Try googling “MT6833b replacement parts” or look at newegg.com for parts
